One problem with one-issue activists, it seems, is
that they often view matters from only one dimension. This has always been one of the
characteristics of feminists. Men get
blame for being history’s conquerors and killers, for instance, but no credit
for being its innovators and healers. We
will hear about how women “create life” while men only destroy it, but
forgotten are the fruits of men’s labors. Were it not for male medical advances that virtually eliminated female
death during childbirth, many feminists wouldn’t be around to crow about their
fecundity.

We all know about the lifespan gap between the sexes that favors
women. Now, what if I said it was due to discrimination, that it
obviously means men’s health issues are ignored by a callous,
misandristic society; thus, government must intervene to balance the

Hillary Clinton recently scored political points talking about that infamous wage gap between the sexes. This inspired Carey Roberts -- a writer who mainly focuses on issues relating to feminism -- to pen a piece exploring the notion that this gap is attributable to discrimination. I must say that my eyebrows were raised by a piece by Charlotte Allen titled "We Scream, We Swoon. How Dumb Can We Get?" She writes about her incredulity at how emotion driven and bereft of logic so many of her fellow women are. Truth is stranger than fiction, and it's growing stranger by the day. In Sweden, the Nordic Battlegroup's coat of arms has always depicted a heraldic lion that wields a sword and, well, let's just say, is anatomically correct. But now that nation's armed forces have agreed to emasculate the cat after a group of ne'er-do-well female soldiers lodged a complaint to the "European Court of Justice." So now the lion has been neutered.

When does an unborn baby become human? If our contradictory laws are to be believed, it all depends on geographical location and whether or not the wrong person tries to kill him. A case in point comes to us from Wisconsin, where a man, Manishkumar Patel, is being charged with first-degree murder for slipping the abortion drug RU-486 into his pregnant mistress' drink.

There has been much talk about Hillary Clinton's disastrous performance at the last Democratic debate. Unfortunately, her stumbling and waffling probably won't be the body blow to her campaign that some might fancy it to be.
